Leadership panel discussions explore engagement-related topics that have been identified as crucial by work groups across UW Medicine.<\/p>\n<p>These 60-minute sessions each focus on a theme addressed by one of the following workforce survey items:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>I am satisfied with the recognition I receive for doing a good job.<\/li>\n<li>I am involved in decisions that affect my work.<\/li>\n<li>This organization provides career development opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>My work unit works well together.<\/li>\n<li>Different work units work well together in this organization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These topics were selected because they were chosen by UW Medicine work groups as the top five items to work on through improvement plans.<\/p>\n<p>Each zoom session will feature a panel of leaders known for their positive leadership and team practices in that area.
