Connecting entities to our brand
Entity logo lockups directly link key UW Medicine organizations, such as the School of Medicine, UW Medical Center, and UW Physicians, to the primary brand. These logos show the relationship between each entity and UW Medicine while maintaining a unified structure.

Key Guidelines:
- Each entity logo uses the UW Medicine wordmark on the top and the entity name below and a double gold line separating the two elements.
- Use entity logos only for communications tied directly to the specific organization.
- Do not alter, resize or reconfigure the lockup structure.
- Vertical is preferred, but when space is limited, use horizontal.
- For systems-level communications or collaborations between multiple entities, use the primary UW Medicine logo.
- The same guidelines regarding minimum size requirements, clear proper space and reverse applications apply to the entity logos.
About Entity Logos
Being instrumental in delivering our integrated system experience, organizations (entities) will continue to use logo lockups, with unified construction connected to our brand. Four organizations use this lockup: University of Washington School of Medicine, UW Medical Center, UW Physicians (a not-for-profit professional practice plan) and UW Medicine Primary Care (a network of primary care clinics).
These logo lockups should only be used on communications directly tied to the organization. For communications that involve more than one organization, the primary UW Medicine logo should be used.
