The file is embedded with bookmarks to each section and clickable links to each topic in the table of contents. It works well in phone apps such as Adobe Reader and iBooks, (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.howtogeek.com\/244254\/how-to-read-pdf-files-on-your-iphone-or-ipad\/\">instructions<\/a> for the latter if needed.)<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Computer Problems<\/strong><\/p>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>You can avoid password problems by logging yourself off of computers when you are finished and always doing a fresh login when you sit down at a computer for the first time.\u00a0 Your login and password are set up with your specific permissions and you should never use someone else\u2019s login information.<\/li>\n<li>For help with Network or CIS problems, please contact the Children\u2019s Service Desk at 987-1111<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Attendance<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Department of Pediatrics follows the <a href=\"https:\/\/education.uwmedicine.org\/md-program-policies-handbook\/7-2-attendance-7-absentee-policy-clinical-phases\/\">UWSOM Attendance Policy<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>If you are ill or otherwise unable to come in for your rotation, it is your responsibility to contact your inpatient team or clinic preceptor. In addition, YOU MUST contact the Medical Student Office at 206-987-2008 or <a href=\"mailto:medical.students@seattlechildrens.org\">medical.students@seattlechildrens.org<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class='posttitle'>Food Service Options at SCH<\/h3>\n<p><p>The Seattle Children&#8217;s Ocean Cafeteria is open 6:30AM to 7:30PM seven days a week. Effective 6\/3\/2024, overnight food service is suspended indefinitely. <\/p>\n<p>Medical students attending the noon time Resident Teaching Conference are welcome to grab lunch at the conference. Please do not take food if you aren&#8217;t staying for the conference. <\/p>\n<p>Medical students <strong>on overnight shifts only<\/strong> are welcome to grab a snack\/food item from the GME Lounge (RC.2.731) or Resident ED refrigerator. Please note that GME Lounge is video monitored.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Goals, Objectives and Expectations: <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/sites.uw.edu\/medevalu\/exploreandfocus\/\">https:\/\/sites.uw.edu\/medevalu\/exploreandfocus\/<\/a><\/p>\n<h3 class='posttitle'>Executive Resident Rounds &#038; Regular Teaching Conferences at SCH<\/h3>\n<p>Executive Resident Rounds are held every Thursday, 2:00-3:00PM with one of the pediatric executive (formerly chief) residents. All students on Explore &amp; Focus rotations at SCH are welcome to join! During the session, a sub-I will give a brief (1 minutes) case presentation, and the ResExec will lead a discussion about pertinent physical exam findings, laboratory abnormalities, and radiographic findings. The sessions will be very interactive and all students are welcome to participate.
