Where to report (PEDS 685):<\/strong> After you have completed the sign-in and badging process in the Medical Student Office, you are clear to proceed to the 7th floor Unit Coordinator Desk in Forest (above the Emergency Department) and ask them to call your team (Blue or Orange).\n\nOrientation for PEDS 685 students:<\/strong> Students on the PEDS 685 rotation will attend an orientation with the PEDS 691 Advanced Pediatric Clerkship students the afternoon of their first day. You will receive specfic information, including where and when to meet,\u00a0prior to your start date.\n\nPEDS 685 APC Sub-I Mid-clerkship feedback:<\/strong> Students on the PEDS 685 rotation will review the mid-clerkship feedback form<\/a> half-way through their rotation with the attending on service.\n\nWhere to report (PEDS 695): <\/strong>After you have completed the sign-in and badging process in the Medical Student Office, you are clear to proceed to the Ocean 8 Heme\/Onc clinic.\n\n

Network & EMR Access at SCH, Remote Access Info & WiFi at SCH<\/h3>

Network and EMR Access at SCH:<\/strong><\/u> Students on this rotation are required to be up-to-date with any required SCH web-based EMR and safety training modules. You will receive information from the Medical Student Office on how to complete any required modules. Once you have completed the modules and the required sign-in and badging process, you will be given network and EMR access. You will receive instructions from medical.students@seattlechildrens.org<\/a> on how to log into Workday to complete your required training.\u00a0<\/span><\/span>\n\nRemote Network and EMR Access:<\/strong><\/u> In addition to access at SCH, medical students on this rotation have remote network and EMR access through the Okta Verify system. Follow the steps on the Remote Access Help Page<\/span><\/b><\/a><\/span> <\/b>to register with Okta Verify.<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n\nWiFi Access at SCH:<\/span><\/u><\/strong> Students can connect to WiFi at SCH through the Personal Device Network<\/a><\/strong> (CHILD).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n

To get Haiku on your phone, download Microsoft Intune, Children’s mobile device management system app, by following the instructions (Steps 1 & 2) here<\/a>.
