Hotel confirmations will be issued in advance of your arrival. Please contact <a href=\"mailto:griffan.martin@seattlechildrens.org\">Griffan Martin<\/a> with any reservation questions or needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>IHG Army Hotels (Rainier Inn): <\/strong>Once through Main Gate, turn right at second light (PX and commissary should be on the left). Go straight at the first stop sign through neighborhood housing. At the end of the neighborhood, IHG Army Hotels is located to the left.\u00a0Check in at the end of the covered walkway. Building #2111, 2107 Utah Avenue Joint Base &#8211; Lewis McChord, WA 98433<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Directions<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM):&nbsp;<\/strong>I-5 to JBLM Main Gate (Exit 120).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can get a pass for your car at the Main Gate only. If your vehicle has a military sticker or after you have&nbsp;obtained a temporary car pass at the Main Gate, you may enter post at Madigan\/Berkley St (Exit 122). Maps of the base are available at the Main Gate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Documents needed to obtain Visitors\u2019 Pass:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>WA State Enhanced Driver\u2019s License\/ID\/Passport<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Current car registration\/rental car agreement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proof of current car insurance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Acceptable forms of Photo Identification:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Washington State Enhanced Driver&#8217;s Licenses and IDs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>DoD Uniformed Services Identification and Privileges Cards<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>U.S. Passport or U.S. Passport Card<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>VA Issued Health Card<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Permanent resident card or Alien Registration Receipt Card (INS Form I-551).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Employee Identification Card issued by a federal, state or local government agency contains photograph and biometric information such as: Name, DOB, Gender, Height, Eye Color and\/or Address.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>U.S. Coast Guard Merchant Mariner Card<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transportation Worker ID Card (TWIC) issued by DHS<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Native American tribal document<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>U.S. Government issued, authenticated Federal PIV credentials<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>US Military or Draft Record containing name and DOB<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Washington State Enhanced Driver\u2019s License or ID Card<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Washington State Commercial Driver\u2019s License (CDL)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Hospital Parking<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The MAMC student coordinator will provide you with additional parking instructions prior to your rotation, however it is recommended to park in the lots on the west side of the hospital or along Gardner Loop.
