The tow dolly penetrated through the top and bottom of the tank

Gasoline was released from a large hole in gasoline tank caused by collision with a tow dolly.  Ignition was likely from mechanical sparks caused by abrasion between the tow dolly and the ground.  Fire propagation was through open door(s).
