Staff, Faculty, and Veteran Association (SFVA) No-Host Social
Join us at Shultzy’s on The Ave during Veterans Appreciation Week (VAW) 2025, where we will celebrate YOU and initiate our first formal event for the Staff and Faculty Veterans Association (SFVA) for the University of Washington. No-Host means that food and drinks will be the responsibility of attendees, and it will not be covered at this time by the SFVA or the Office of Student Veteran Life.
The event will be on Wednesday, November 12th, 2025, from 4:00 P.M. – 7:00 P.M.
The UW Staff & Faculty Veteran Association provides a welcoming space to employees from every UW campus. Whether you self-identify as discharged veterans, Active Duty, Reserves, National Guard, spouses of the above, children of the above, or as an ally to the military-connected community, or whether you’re interested in becoming a member or taking on a leadership role, we’re thrilled you’re here.
