At first educated by his private tutor Oskar Walzel, von Andrian continues his studies at the k.k. Gymnasium in Meran and the Schottengymnasium in Vienna

1895
Publishes Der Garten der Erkenntnis, passes the first Staatsexamen in law

1899
Completes his dissertation in law, starts working for the Austrian Ministry of Foreign Affairs

Works in Rio de Janeiro, Buenos Aires, and St. Petersburg

Works in Bucharest

Moves to Athens, returns to Bucharest, and finally to Vienna
