The main office at the UW will ask for reports (two formal reports; one brief update report) from all affiliates and partners in line with these reporting timelines.<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>WA Space Grant formal report due September each year \u2014 covers period March through August\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>NASA Annual Performance reporting \u2014 due November 30 (covers one federal fiscal year, September\u2013August)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>WA Space Grant brief update due mid-November each year \u2014 covers autumn term\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>NASA 6-Month reporting \u2014 due December 1 (covers first 6 months of WASGC grant year)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>WA Space Grant formal report due March each year \u2014 covers period September through March\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>NASA APR (annual performance report) \u2014 due April 1 (update to the 6-month report)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(Yes, there are two reports called &#8220;annual performance&#8221;.  Just roll with it.)<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Reporting template<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please download <a href=\"https:\/\/depts.washington.edu\/wasgc\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/WSGC-reporting-guidelines-for-Consortium-affiliates-and-partners-2022-2023.docx\">this Word document<\/a> as a template for your formal reports (due September and March, as above).<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Other documentation<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During reporting, please ensure all documentation regarding your student awards is up to date.  Refer <a href=\"https:\/\/depts.washington.edu\/wasgc\/student-awards\/\">to this intranet page<\/a> for guidance on student awards processes and templates.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Uploading your reporting documents<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As part of a larger departmental upgrade to our cloud storage, we&#8217;re leaving Google Docs and moving to Dropbox this year.
