Dr. Muhammad&#8217;s lecture, &#8220;How Racial Criminalization Underwrote America&#8217;s New Deal&#8221; will take place on Wednesday, January 10, at 7pm in Kane Hall Room 210. Space will be limited so please arrive early.<\/p>\n<p>Muhammad is the former Director of the Schomburg Center for Research in Black Culture, a division of the New York Public Library and the world\u2019s leading library and archive of global black history, and\u00a0his work has been featured in a number of national print and broadcast media outlets, including the\u00a0<em>New York Times, New Yorker, Washington Post, <\/em>and\u00a0National Public Radio.
