Letters to The Observer Editor:
Thanks for a great coverage of events in downtown Seattle. Your reporters are
critical, insightful and well-formulated.
Further I can tell you that the Seattle activists get a lot of coverage here in
Denmark as well. I think they deserve it. The neo-liberal project of WTO should be fought
by all means and itīs about time that people organize the struggle against the global
elite of politicians, civil servants and transnational capitalists. As we know it is in
fact only this group that benefits from a deregulation of world trade.
As for now, keep up the good work!

This is a nice and elegant site, put together with good taste. Thanks for not
burdening me down with a lot of flashy GIFs and cutsy-poo folderol.
Oh, yeah, I almost forgot, thanks for the point of view which I am in agreement
with.

I picked up a copy of the "Welcome to Seattle" issue when I was down from
Bellingham for the Teach-In and read todays on the Internet. Jeepers, had I known I
might have stayed and sharpened pencils for you. But anyway I am writing about the Battle
in Seattle for the National Writers Union periodical. Keep up the great work.

I wan't to tell you how great it has been (and still is) to be linked to your news.
How fantastic to have a friendly news source throughout this whole thing - a place to go
to get decent information and perspective on what happened here last week. I told people
that I had a feeling this would be historic and that feeling is stronger every day. Our
message IS more powerful than teargas, robocops, and hysterical media. I know it took a
lot to make it happen - so much went into the week by so many - but you have and are
making such a great contribution to us all. I know I speak for many more than myself when
I say THANK YOU ALL! You go!
Peace and Power,
Sandra Kerber
