Recruiting Intern
TASER International builds smart devices and software services to protect life and truth. Simply put, our mission is two parts: Save lives at the personal level; Improve police accountability, performance, and efficiency at the societal level.
We are growing at a breakneck pace and hiring is a critical piece in making our success possible. Our recruiting team has more than doubled in the last 3 months and we are adding the last few members to round out the team. Your primary role is to ensure coordination and scheduling continues smoothly and be vigilant for opportunities to improve the process, both internally and for the candidate experience. We will train you on the basics of recruiting and recruiting coordination.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Schedule phone and onsite interviews.
- Arrange candidate travel when necessary.
- Tracking recruiting activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting process.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Senior in University and on track towards a Bachelor’s degree
- Strong aptitude with spreadsheets and word processors (Microsoft Office, Google Docs, etc)
- Extremely organized
- A love for measuring things and using data to make decisions
