The Daniel J. Admissions and Student Inclusion Assistant

Student Assistants will provide support to the Student Services at the Evans School. Our team strives to provide students with the support they need to be successful throughout their time at the Evans School and beyond graduation. Our team encompasses admissions, academic advising, career development, student organization advising, equity and inclusion work, and addressing other student needs. Each student assistant will report to one of our graduate program advisors. Student Assistants manage the Student Services Welcome Desk in their part-time work-study role and support either (1) General Student Services, (2) Admissions and Student Inclusion or (3) Career Development.

The Student Services team at the Evans School seeks a part-time work-study student to assist with programmatic and administrative support. Duties include but are not limited to: greeting visitors to the office and answering questions in a professional manner, answering the main phone line and directing calls/taking messages as needed, supporting the Student Consulting Lab, maintaining online resources, assisting with events, and other duties as assigned. Student Services is seeking candidates who are resourceful, reliable, engaged, and professional.

The Career Development team at the Evans School is seeking a part-time work-study student to assist in managing job and internship postings, employer email management, and administrative responsibilities supporting the greater Student Services team on occasion (greeting visitors into the office, answering main phone line and directing calls/taking messages as needed).
