EcoReps (one of UW’s environmental and sustainability clubs) is hosting a project called SITA, or Sustainability In The Arts, and its main purpose is to show that the fight for a more sustainable society includes everyone, especially artists.
Our organization is working to organize an art show for the environment in which all of the pieces/sculptures/performances/photographs/poems featured would be related to sustainability, the environment, and/or climate change.
We ask that the art pieces remain a relatively manageable size and easily hangable (smaller than 2 by 2 feet if a sculptural piece). We also ask that you are willing to self install the piece for the show.
