Pacific Storm is a Real Estate investment start-up focused on rehabbing homes and apartment properties with upside potential. We take on very rough properties and transform them into beautiful homes that add value to the community.
You will be an integral part of this process as a full-time interior designer. You will get to tackle the most creative projects in every style imaginable, and see your designs come to life right before your eyes.
This is not your typical 9-5 role. You won’t be sitting at a desk daily and there are no clients to deal with. We’re informal and results driven. The hours will vary depending on the needs of the project and this job will take you all over the greater Seattle area (generally as far North as Everett and as far South as Renton) to multiple project sites and material showrooms.
Qualifications:

No experience necessary, degree in design related field preferred

Adept at CAD or other drafting/modeling computer programs

Working knowledge of many design styles

Impeccable taste in color

Strong communication and ability to iterate quickly, comfortable bouncing ideas back and forth
Job Responsibilities: (all will happen collaboratively, but you’ll lead the charge)

Helping choose high-level design direction

Create pinterest boards to demonstrate design elements in action

Choose and source all hardscape materials including flooring, slabs, etc.

Choose and source all lighting and fixtures

Develop cohesive color palette and choose/source all paint

Create floor plans from measurements and redesign where necessary

Drivers license and car (can provide for the right candidate, we pay for gas)
