HCDE Student looking for study participants

My name is Anh Nguyen and I’m a graduate student in the Master’s of Science in Human Centered Design & Engineering (HCDE) program. My team (Nuri, JungMin, and Camille) and I are working on a capstone project about the future of online communities in partnership with Microsoft. We are looking for people who would be interested in joining our speculative co-design session. Here’s some information:

What will participants do in a co-design?

Participants will be asked to do several simple tasks that may involve, but are not limited to, sketching and writing. The goal is for participants and facilitators to work together to use their imagination and speculate about what online communities will look like in the future.

How long will the session last?

The session should take between 60 to 90 minutes.

Where and when?

The co-design session will take place at the UW campus. Participants who are accepted will receive information about specific time, date, and location in a follow-up email.

Will participants be compensated for their time?

Yes! Each participant will receive a $25 Amazon gift card for their time.

If anyone is interested in joining, please fill out this form here.

I would appreciate it if you could forward this to your students.
