| Mighty Media is looking for a great Production Assistant / Facility Associate to join our team. This one person will fill two capacities by working on set for various productions as well as assisting around the facility when not on a production.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
PRODUCTION ASSISTANT ROLE
Responsibilities for Production Assistant portion of position:
- You may have the opportunity to be trained on these positions on set: Set/Location Production Assistant; Teleprompter Operator; Grip (light); DIT (Digital Image Technician); Floor Manager; 2nd Camera; Field Audio; Light Editorial; Set up and running casting sessions.
- Flexible schedule and ability to work long and/or irregular hours in various conditions
- Able to lift and carry equipment to assist with loading and unloading
- Helping prepare the set with lights, props, equipment etc.
- Assisting directors, camerapeople and other crew members
- Helping to keep the set clean and tidy
- Administrative duties (light office work, running errands, etc.)
- Printing, distributing and collection of production paperwork (e.g. contracts, scripts, call sheets)
- Arranging meals
- Transportation reservations
- Acting as a courier
- Willing and able to travel
- Perform additional duties as assigned
