High school basketball sweatshirt graphic – paid opportunity

Each year Seattle’s Nathan Hale High School’s women’s basketball team gets sweatshirts (black or navy) with an original graphic. We’re looking for someone new to create this year’s graphic. Here are the details:

Graphic for sweatshirt front that:

Reads well on black/navy sweatshirt (white/light outline)
Says “Hale Basketball 2021-2022”
Reflects themes of Seattle and basketball

This year players mentioned something more graffiti-like.

For the process, I typically review:

2 early concepts (select one or combine into one)
draft
draft final

Revisions take place after each review. Final deliverable is a PDF and ai files. May need to make small additional adjustments as needed by the sweatshirt vendor. Project needs to be completed by November 21.

Pay is $30/hour but not more than $240.
