Title: Development of a Collaborative Storytelling Intervention to Address Challenges Relating to Substance Use (Design/UX Research Assistant)
Description: Stigma relating to substance use disorders can have a range of negative consequences for those affected. Although there is increasing awareness of the harmful effects of stigmatizing individuals who engage in substance use, there is much more that we can do. In this research assistant position, you will work with an interdisciplinary team of researchers develop a digital intervention to assist persons facing challenges with substance use in the road to recovery. This design/UX position will involve developing content/materials to be used in this intervention through activities such as engaging in envisioning interaction patterns, user research based on artifact analysis, and developing wireframes and prototypes.
