Center Art LLC, managed by the Space Needle LLC, is partnering with Chihuly Studio to operate the Chihuly Garden and Glass Exhibition on the Seattle Center grounds next to the Space Needle.
The Exhibition Supervisor supports Center Art’s organization mission, vision and values by exhibiting the following behaviors: excellence, competence, collaboration, innovation, respect, personalization, accountability and ownership.
The Exhibition Supervisor will manage a team of guest facing team members in the Exhibition Department. This position will provide on-site leadership, ensure best practices, content management, education, and daily operations. Duties will include scheduling, hosting gallery/talks and tours, participating in programs/special events, maintaining exhibition host standards, attending meetings, reporting, hiring, training, and other duties as assigned. The Exhibition Supervisor will also maintain all departmental front of house responsibilities including: providing initial visitor contact with all visitors, advancing their knowledge through museum tours and supporting other educational programs. They will answer guest questions in an efficient manner while promoting a positive and professional attitude. This position will also work closely with other departmental leadership for on-site operations and maintaining standards.
