About the Residency
Pullman Yards, Atlanta’s historic 27-acre creative campus in the Kirkwood neighborhood, is launching a residency program designed to support innovative artists. Under the leadership of co-founders Adam Rosenfelt and Maureen Meulen, Pullman Yards has become a dynamic arts and entertainment district, hosting major events like the Atlanta Art Fair and serving as a filming location for productions such as The Hunger Games and Baby Driver.
Residency Details
Duration: 6–10 weeks
Cohorts: Two per year, four artists selected annually (one regional, one national/international per cohort)
Support: Private housing, studio space, $500 weekly stipend, transportation support
Mentorship: Professional development with curators, collectors, and industry leaders

Selection Panel
Applications will be reviewed by a distinguished jury, including Art Papers’ Sarah Higgins, 21c Museum Hotels’ Alice Gray Stites, Atlanta collectors and patrons Hassan Smith and Kent Kelley, and filmmaker Craig Zobel.
