DORMITORY
ACCOMMODATION

Single and double occupancy rooms are available in University of Washington student dormitories. Dormitory accommodation is located very close to the conference venue.

Rooms may be reserved from 13 through 16 July 2005 at the rates shown below. Earlier arrival and later departure dates are also available on a limited basis. 



UW Dormitory Accommodation Package

Single occupancy: $207.72

Double occupancy (per person): $153.72


This package includes:
• 3 nights accommodation (13-16 July)
• $40 meal debit card good in many UW food and dining facilities
• Daily room cleaning and servicing
• Local telephone service
• Voice mail service
• In-room ethernet access
• 100% non-smoking environment


Extra nights: $40 (double occupancy) / $58 (single occupancy) per night

A $20 late fee will be assessed for dormitory reservations made after 22 June 2005.


Dormintory accommodation is arranged through the Univeristy of Washington Catering and Conference Office. Reservations for dormitory acommodation can be made through the APSMER registration system.
