To make a contribution to one of the Bamshad Lab studies, please follow the instructions below:

1. Make check or money order payable to the University of Washington.
2. Please write a short letter designating the funds to research
        - by Michael Bamshad, MD.
        - for (name of study)
        - make sure to include your name and address with the letter
   
3. Send the check or money order, along with the letter to:
