Data Organization

In the server, the nomenclature for file naming is as follows. This will allow for ease in adapting to the naming structures within Freesurfer, but also will provide a stable system by which we can keep all of the longitudinal data organized and clear.

MRI

Within /mnt/diskArray/projects/MRI:

YYYYMMDD —Scan Date

Anatomy:
