National Partnership on Booster Seat Safety: The National Partnership on Booster Seat Safety has launched a new Web site to promote the use of booster seats for children who have outgrown their child safety seats but are not ready to use standard seat belts. The Web site is managed by the National Healthy Mothers, Healthy Babies Coalition (HMHB) with support from the CarMax Foundation; the site is part of an effort to expand HMHB's work on occupant-protection issues. The Web site's resources page contains links to federal recommendations, a list of recalled products, videotape demonstrations for parents, a database of state laws, state-by-state reports of crashes involving children, creative resources for teachers, and more. The site is intended for use by families, health professionals, and policymakers in their efforts to save lives and prevent injury through booster seat safety education and advocacy.

Coalition: The National Safety Belt Coalition serves as
a clearinghouse of information and materials, providing support
and assistance in implementing highway safety programs as well as
useful materials, ideas, speakers and technical assistance.
National Safe Kids
Campaign: The National SAFE KIDS Campaign's mission
is to prevent the number one killer of children - unintentional
injury. This site has a wealth of information on child car
seat safety.
ParentingPlace:
ParentingPlace has dedicated a section of their website to Car Safety
for Children. There are so many questions and concerns by parents
and caretakers regarding Car Seat Safety and Air Bag Safety for
children. This section addresses these issues, provides useful information

Safety Restraint Coalition:
The Safety Restraint Coalition is a key resource in Washington state
for child passenger safety. It provides technical information on
child safety seats, offers child passenger safety trainings and
certification classes, and coordinates advocates for traffic presentations
and events, such as car seat checks.
Washington
Traffic Safety Commission: The Washington Traffic Safety
Commission serves as the lead agency for occupant protection program
coordination in Washington State. The WTSC contracts with the Safety
Restraint Coalition for the coordination and implementation of child
passenger safety programs in Washington.
