The CanText library is a collection of original resources for Canadian
studies. The service is divided into sections beginning with the
period from 987 to 1583 when Europeans first discovered the country.
There are also sections on aboriginal nations, confederation, the
provinces, World War II and the texts of speeches by the prime minister.
