National Consortium for Teaching Canada
(NCTC)
The NCTC is dedicated to facilitating the teaching of Canada in the United States. It is comprised of Canadian Studies Programs at American universities and colleges. Their mission is to capture the imagination and attention of K-12 teachers, students and media-resource specialists and the general public by communicating the most recent research, themes and ideas about Canada and its place in the world.

Association for Canadian Studies in the United States
(ACSUS)
ACSUS, founded in 1971, encourages the study of Canada at all educational levels and in all disciplines. Its central mission is to promote greater understanding of Canada by educating students about the country's political system, economy, history, geography and cultural heritage. The majority of the Association's 1,000 members are university professors engaged in research and teaching about Canada. A growing number represent the corporate sector, the legal community, and government agencies in both the United States and Canada. Institutional members include libraries, publishers, and professional groups.

Pacific Northwest Canadian Studies Consortium
(PNWCSC)
The mission of the PNWCSC is to facility the development of Canadian Studies at institutions of higher education in the Pacific Northwest, and to enhance cooperation, joint programming, and information sharing among Canadian Studies programs and faculty in the Pacific region.
