Robert Liang gets Promoted to Research Assistant Professor

Dr. Liang received his Ph.D. degree in mechanical engineering from University of Washington in 2002. Dr. Liang has been studying in smart materials such as shape memory alloy (SMA) and ferromagnetic SMA. His current research interests are intelligent materials and their applications including design of compact actuators based on ferromagnetic SMA composite.
