CIMS has been working on the characterization of Thermomechanical
Shape Memory Alloys such as TiNi and TiNiCu systems with an
emphasis on construction of microstructure-macroproperty relation
under thermomechanical loading. We are also involved in the
training study on TiNi system with aim of improving its repeatability
in its actuation use conditions.
