Pete Johnson Peter W Johnson, Ph.D, MS
Associate Professor, Lab Director
Peter Johnson, PhD, is an Associate Professor in the Occupational and Environmental Exposure Sciences program, specializing in ergonomics. He earned his Doctorate in Bioengineering from the University of California - Berkeley and has worked as a researcher at the National Institutes of Occupational Health in the United States, Sweden and Denmark.

Jeong Ho (Jay) Kim Jeong Ho (Jay) Kim, Ph.D
Postdoctoral fellow
Jeong Ho (Jay) Kim is a Research Scientist in UW Ergonomics Laboratory of the department of Enviornmental and Occupational Health Sciences at the University of Washington at Seattle. He received his Ph.D. degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering at the University of Washington, and his Master's degree from the department of Industrial and Systems Engineering at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Monica Zigman Monica Zigman, MPH
Research Scientist
Monica Zigman is a research scientist for the Ergonomics Lab. Monica earned her Masters degree in Public Health concentrating in Global Health from Boston University. She has worked on various exposure research studies in Nicaragua and most recently at Harvard University. She is currently coordinating the SHIP project, helping with other seating intervention studies, and conducting agriculture ergonomics research.

Jennifer Ibbotson Ormwipa Thamsuwan, MS, PhD student
Research Assistant
Ornwipa (Fah) Thamsuwan is a PhD student in the Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering and a research assistant at the Ergonomics Laboratory, Department of Environmental and Occupational Health Sciences, where she has worked on whole-body vibration exposure researches. She earned her Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Washington and Bachelor of Engineering from Chulalongkorn University.
