We suggest that you print them and bring them with you to the rehearsal and on commencement day.  If you have any difficulties please contact our office at marshals@u.washington.edu.  Each marshal group has a team captain that will be available at the rehearsal to answer questions regarding these instructions.

The following items will be mailed to you:

• Parking pass (if previously requested)
• Guest tickets (if previously requested)

To do on Commencement Day:

• Wear your academic apparel or change in the Conibear Shellhouse.
• Bring ID for gaining entrance to the stadium or lining up areas.
• Commencement Marshals are requested to check in at the Conibear Shellhouse beginning at 11:00 a.m. but no later than 1:00 p.m. This will give us time to find replacements in the event of an emergency. A continental breakfast will be served. Office of Ceremonies staff will remain on site during the ceremony and for 30 minutes following the conclusion of the ceremony.
•  Report to the faculty entrance at either the Dempsey Indoor Practice Field or the Outdoor Practice Field as indicated on your Instructions and Diagrams.
