A Message from Sigrid

Believe it or not, it’s time to start thinking about your plans for Winter Quarter classes!

2nd year students: Bidding on your core section preference (BECON 501) and electives will begin next week (Tuesday, Oct. 24) at 8:00am. To prepare for bidding, I encourage you to plan for the electives you want to take in Winter AND Spring Quarters. You may consult the Year-at-a-Glance list of elective offerings to assist you in this process. As always, if you want to meet with me to review your current progress to degree and/or discuss your plan for the balance of the year, I’d be happy to work with you. To make an appointment, please use the scheduling link.

1st year students: You will not be participating in bidding for Winter Quarter. You are scheduled to take 14 credits of BA 501 – your core class - only. As discussed in your academic planning session during MBA Program Launch, it is possible for you to add an elective to your core classes in Winter quarter; however, most students will elect not to do so. See below for more details under the Academic Announcements section.

Have a good week,

,

Sigrid Olsen
Director of Student Affairs - Full-time MBA Program
