A Message from Sigrid
I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday!
As we head into the last weeks of the quarter, personal STRESS levels often rise! Below are a few suggestions for dealing with it in healthy ways:
Learn to say no
Pare down voluntary activities to a level that allows you to focus on important priorities.
Practice good self-care
You may not be able to get as much sleep as you like over the weeks ahead but you can work on eating healthy meals and make time for regular physical activity. Also: Do something you enjoy every day – even for a few minutes.
Manage your time well
Maximize your productivity – enough said.
Be part of a Foster community of support
Offer positive emotional support to each other.
Have a good week,
Best,

Sigrid Olsen
