An Evening in Neuroscience Committee Recruitment

Grey Matters is the University of Washington’s undergraduate neuroscience journal, focused on increasing the public’s access to neuroscience and developing skilled science communicators.

We are currently recruiting committee members to plan An Evening with Neuroscience, our free, annual event to bring neuroscience education to the public. This year, our event will take place over four live streams in Spring quarter, which will feature a brain dissection and a panel discussion with live Q&A from the audience.

Engaging in our planning committee is a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in leadership, teamwork, and event planning, while furthering Grey Matters’ educational mission. Each year, the committee forms a tight-knit community that is as enjoyable as it is productive.
