document
is
for
employees
to
help keep track of their hours and reduce
the number of questions asked of the department budget person. These
document is unsupported by the University of Washington and the UW
department of Orthopaedics! If you find a bug or have suggestions
please send a message to orthohlp@u.washington.edu.
This file is created in Excel and was saved as a 97-2004 workbook, a
version that should be compatible with most
Macintosh and Windows versions of Excel.
There now is only one version of the 220.
There is a slightly outdate online version
of the
instructions, also a Microsoft Word version,
and a PDF version, for you to
download.
