organized by the Center, KEBA, and BRIA on "FTA, Regional Integration,
and Development" was successfully held on the campus of Pusan
National University, Busan, Korea. For more information,

The first advanced training program,
jointly organized by the Center and the Department of Economics, was
successfully held on the campus of the university, August 13 - 31,
2007. The program has 27 participants coming from Korea, Taiwan,

Due to unexpected reasons, the local
host of the conference on "WTO, China, and the Asian Economies,"
scheduled to held on the campus of Harbin Institute of Technology in
July 2007, has been canceled.
