Jihay was a June 2000 addition to the Records staff as a student and was a consistant hard worker. In 2005 she joined us as a full time staff member and she played a vital role in scanning our 85,000+ documents for the online database. In February of 2007 she was hired to fill the Document Intake/Review position that had been vacant nearly a year. She handles every document that enters the Vault. It is his job to review every document of every project for completeness and compliance prior to acceptance and provide the initial information required for indexing each document.
With the able assistance of his full-time and student staff, Bert indexes and stores the 85,000+ engineering documents we hold. He also dabbles in database development / administration and website development / maintenance.
SunRyoung first started with Facilities Records in November 1998 as a student staffer. After graduation in 2002 she went abroad to teach for a school year. She agreed to rejoin us in June 2003 for another six months. In February of 2004 she applied for our new Vault Assistant position and joined us permanently. She sees to the indexing, databasing, and barcoding of virtually all of our roughly 6,000 new records per year.
