SASS AABS Joint Conference - Seattle - April 22 through 24, 2010

The Society for the Advancement of Scandinavian Study and the Association for the Advancement of Baltic Studies will hold their first joint conference of Scandinavian and Baltic Studies in the United States, April 22-24, 2010 in Seattle. Please be sure to register online if you plan to attend. The early bird registration cutoff date is March 31st, 2010. Registration is required to attend and/or present papers.

Registration:
Presenters and attendees both may register online. Discounted registration is available until April 1, 2010.

Requirements:
All presenters must be SASS members or AABS members in good standing.

Transportation

Link Light Rail is the least expensive option. If you choose Link Light Rail, exit the train at the University Street Station. You will then need to walk 3 blocks (one block south to Seneca and two blocks uphill) to the Crowne Plaza Hotel. The main entrance is on Seneca between 5th & 6h Avenue.

SASS:
Because graduate student papers may be eligible for the Aurora Borealis prize, a copy should be prepared to be submitted as read at the meeting.
