Development of the Reservoir Assessment Tool is organically driven by University of Washington’s greater-good effort for humanity, that is also supported by NASA (Applied Science Program – Water and Capacity Building), National Science Foundation (INFEW and NRT programs), USAID (PEER Program), The Ivanhoe Foundation, World Bank and Governments of numerous stakeholder nations. RAT is a work in progress with the singular mission to make access to information on water a fundamental human right for all.
