Palm Version

NOTE: This is the last version of the SHFM for Palm. It will not be updated after this version, dated 8/1/2012. It is recommended that in the future, you migrate to one of the other platforms which is still being upgraded.

The Palm version (v 2.0.3) of the Seattle Heart Failure Model calculator is available for download by health care professionals. This version will expire on August 1, 2030.
