Kristin DeVleming
After years as an undergraduate planning to pursue medicine, Kristin DeVleming changed paths and received a PhD in Mathematics from the University of Washington in 2018. She now has a postdoctoral position at UC San Diego, enjoying the year-round sunshine. She has been involved with SIMUW in various capacities since 2013 and spreads the joy of mathematics through SIMUW, math circles, and Math Day. If she's not talking about math, you can find her walking or talking about the other loves of her life: her two dogs.
