...Bite of Seattle...

Food tasted: I decided to taste Thai food, my first impression when I first saw was "whoa! I need to try this" I thought it was provocative and very unique. I enjoyed the flavor and the style. It looked like spaghetti but it wasn't. It was even better. It also had some chicken and beef. Since this was the very first time I tired this Thai food making me feel comfortable around other cultures and dishes. It's always nice to try something new to try to understand other cultures and where they're coming from. The cashier was very nice and polite and I appreciated that.

I think this event help the American culture to experience something and just like music this bit of Seattle brings people together to create a more peaceful environment and diminish racism among different races.

I also thought that the food was well cooked and well served. This is one of the reasons why all the people was lined up to get some Thai food.

In conclusion, this experience at Seattle center was delightful and fun. And I will pray and hope that events like this never stop and bring all the different races and cultures together, because it's fun to see how all the countries represent their food and country. Also by having a bite of Seattle every year will allow us to become better critical thinker, critique appropriately and be more fair when judging other people of different colors, because the food describes a country's journey.
