    Ice-Breaker Reception 5:30-7:30 p.m.

Monday, June 17 - Cascade Foyer, Mezzanine Level (2nd Floor)
    Registration Desk opens at 7:00 a.m.

Tuesday, June 18 - Cascade Foyer, Mezzanine Level (2nd Floor)
    Registration Desk opens at 8:00 a.m.

Wednesday, June 19 - Cascade Foyer, Mezzanine Level (2nd Floor)
    Registration Desk opens at 8:00 a.m.

Icebreaker Reception
Sunday 5:30-7:30 p.m.
The Sunday evening reception will feature hearty appetizers. Please join us!

Boat Excursion to Tillicum Village on Blake Island
Tuesday Evening: 5:30 - 10:30 PM

If you indicated that you would be joining us for the Puget Sound Cruise and Salmon Dinner, you will have a ticket in your registration packet with information on boarding time and location. If you are a one-day registrant and purchased a ticket for this event, it will be in your registration packet. All guest tickets will be in the envelope of the person who is registered.
* If you do not have a ticket and would like to join us please let us know when you pick up your registration materials. 

We recommend that you dress in layers as the temperature in meeting rooms and on the boat may vary.

Optional Tours
Tickets are still available for Thursday June 20 optional tours:
Tacoma Narrows Bridges Tour (8:30AM-1:00PM) $75 per person
Boeing Assembly Plant Tour (8:00AM-2:30PM) $50 per person

Hotel Check In
If your room has been reserved for you with someone else's credit card, be sure to bring a letter of authorization from the card holder giving you permission to charge on the card. You can find transportation information on the 12ACWE webpage.

Meals and Refreshments
Beverages and snacks will be available during breaks. Lunch will be provided on Monday and Wednesday.
