Housing Details:
For this elective clinical clerkship students are responsible for arranging their own housing.
The UW SoM WWAMI Student Travel web site is managed by the GoWWAMI team and is the best resource for students who have questions about travel and travel reimbursement.
Additional Details:
Student credentialing and onboarding for clerkships that rotate through the St. Luke’s Health System are now handled via myClinicalExchange, a web-based platform. The Idaho WWAMI office will add the rotation dates to myClinicalExchange and the St. Luke’s Health System team will then approve the rotation and review any onboarding documents within that system.
There will be a cost to create an account to use the program.
All scheduling will continue be completed through the UWSOM’s registrar’s office, so you should not be making any changes to or requesting rotations in myClinicalExchange.
Prior to your arrival
You will be contacted by Dr. Dooley Womack prior to your arrival. If you do not hear from him 2-weeks prior, e-mail him with your e-mail contact information and start date.
