2016 Discovery Days

Discovery Days is an annual two-day program, where thousands of students, teachers, and families come to the University of Washington for exhibits, learning, and fun! At the 2016 Discovery Days, the Chemical Engineering Department organized activities and exhibits, including the effects of ultra-low temperatures on materials, polymerization in water, non-Newtonian fluids, and electrochemical oxidation of titanium for jewelry.
