2017 Discovery Days

Discovery Days was here again! Every year, this two-day event attracts community members of all ages for a day of exciting STEM demos on the UW campus. The Chemical Engineering Department once again represented with exhibits including Walk on Water (non-Newtonian fluid), Cloud in a Bottle, Engin-earings (oxidized titanium jewelry), liquid nitrogen, and more. Everyone had a blast and learned just how fun engineering can be!
