Provide each guest with great customer service (service that is memorable). Greet and converse with guests in a friendly and outgoing manner. Ensure every guest is greeted or acknowledged upon first contact (first impressions).
Knowledge about Dale Chihuly and his work. Seeks out, identifies and promotes problem-solving solutions. Promote a positive, professional attitude and appearance to all Center Art Team Members and guests . Adhere to company and departmental policies. Provide lateral support to other departments when needed or assigned. Speed of service (the ability to manage heavy traffic in a timely manner). Knowledge of how to use the camera equipment. Knowledge of the Digital Photo System (DPS). Ensure the security and care of the photography equipment. A proactive approach to cleaning, organizing and other housekeeping duties. Ability to lift 50 pounds. Any other duties assigned by the Photo Manager, Assistant Photo Manager, or Supervisors.
Other Responsibilities :
Ability to communicate effectively with customers, associates and management team. Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
Education, Experience And Skills Required :
Team player attitude. Proven high guest service skills. Professional appearance. Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks. Photography experience required, with knowledge of traditional or DSLR cameras.
Ability to stand for an entire shift and hold a camera that weighs 6-7pounds, bend, squat and lift 50 lbs. A typical shift is 8 hours. Must also be able to smile, be courteous, and maintain a sense of humor. Position requires ability to work in the summer heat and around large crowds of people.
