Social Media Assistant – “Making Amends” Podcast
The “Making Amends” podcast tells the story of six men who are incarcerated at the Oregon State Penitentiary, and describes the challenges they face as they try to atone for their past mistakes. The podcast was created by Prof. Steve Herbert of the Department of Law, Societies, and Justice.
The podcast has a social media presence – primarily Instagram and Facebook – and would benefit from an additional graphic designer on it social media team. Desired capacities include:
* Familiarity with: Social Media Marketing + Promotion / Management (twitter, facebook, instagram)
* Proficient in: Adobe Creative Suite (In Design, Photoshop, Illustrator etc.), Figma, Canva, Logic Pro + other Design Software
* Enjoys hands on learning + design experimentation
* Editing Video / Passion for storytelling
The expected work commitment is 3-6 hours a week. Interested students can receive internship credits for this opportunity through Law, Societies, and Justice.
