Volunteers Needed for Pratt’s 50th Annual Auction

We’re so excited to share Pratt’s 50th Anniversary Auction on Saturday, May 9—it’s shaping up to be a BIG night, and we’d love to have you on the team of volunteers!
This is a one-day setup + event + breakdown, and we’re looking for a strong crew of 75 volunteers to help bring it all to life.
🛠 Setup (morning–2PM): unpacking, décor, signage, artwork installation
🎉 Event (2:30PM arrival): training + assignments, then
  • 4:30–6PM: cocktails + Art Sale
  • 6PM: seated dinner + Live Auction
  • 8PM: afterparty (DJ, dancing, raffle, Lip Sync for Your Life 💃)
    📦 Breakdown (10PM–midnight): pack up and load out
Whether you’re bubbly and guest-facing, detail-oriented, strong and ready to lift, or love working behind the scenes—there’s a role for you.
If you know someone who’d enjoy a great party or a good behind-the-scenes adventure, feel free to invite them along!
