Revision of the APHA Corrections Manual
Purpose:  To update the "Standards for Health Services in Corectional Institutions".

Development of a Manual on Housing & Health
Purpose:  To create a housing manual that will provide guidance to local and state environmental health agencies with responsibilitiy residential housing.  The manual is envisionsed to contain the following pieces:
  • Information on the relationship of housing and health
  • An updated version of the APHA/CDC Model Housing Ordinance
  • A revised version of the CDC Basic Housign Inspection Manual
Progress:  This is a joint project of the American Public Health Associaiton, the National Environmetnal Health Association and the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, National Center for Environmental Health.
